As an experienced Customer Service Representative, it is essential for you to have excellent communication skills, IT skills and work well under pressure, along with flexibility and a willingness to adapt your shifts to suit Contact Centre traffic.

We currently have the following posts available:

1 x dayshift (4 on 4 off) – 6am to 4.30pm

1 x backshift (4 on 4 off) – 11am to 9.30pm

1 x backshift (4 on 4 off) – 12.30pm to 11pm

1 x nightshift (4 on 4 off) – 9pm – 6am

2 x weekend – 8am to 5.30pm (17 hours)

Training and support

In order to use the relevant systems and work as a Customer Service Representative for Saltire, you’ll  undertake our extensive training programme. This includes a company overview of all departments, systems training, and then on the job training.
