Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 8am to 4.30pm
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the successful candidate’s main duties will include responding to calls from customers, employees, field operatives, councils, answering the telephone in a professional manner, updating jobs as required.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, IT skills and work well under pressure, along with flexibility and a willingness to adapt their shifts to suit Contact Centre traffic. Call Centre experience is essential
