From the installation of new equipment through to the complete support of older models, our technical and parts sourcing team, offer a full central heating maintenance service to ensure that all heating solutions are safe, cost effective and sustainable.

About the role:
Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone, email and social media from potential and existing customers asking questions, building a rapport to understand customer requirements and assist with the internal sales process. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them of our products and services (in line with GDPR marketing preferences).
Key skills and requirements
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, IT skills, confidence and the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as outlook, excel and work is essential along with previous experience dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.
Hours of work
Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7days (depending on the needs of the business)
