Saltire Facilities Management, the Glasgow-based central heating and electrical company, has been awarded a 1-year extension to their existing gas servicing and maintenance contract with Shire Housing Association.
Saltire, who have over 80,000 properties under management as part of various contracts with local authorities, housing associations and other registered social landlords, have worked with Shire Housing Association for the past 10 years and have built up a strong relationship and reputation for delivering excellent work and great customer service.
The gas servicing and maintenance contract involves Saltire managing the heating systems of over 900 properties across East Ayrshire. Saltire’s in-house call-centre offers a 24/7 emergency service to ensure all tenants are always looked after.
Speaking of the contract extension Saltire General Manager, John Reynolds commented; “We are delighted to have been awarded a one year extension to our existing contract with Shire Housing Association, a client we have worked with closely for many years. Our dedicated team work tirelessly to ensure that our client’s tenants are always taken care of and this contract extension demonstrates an appreciation of those efforts.”
