Saltire has three different plans available to you for your tenants, each offering same-day response and Gas Safe Registered Engineers on call day and night.

The Gas Safety Regulations 1998 require landlords to ensure that gas appliances are installed and maintained properly. They must be in a safe condition to avoid the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Our Gas Safe engineers will ensure this is carried out.

Our boiler service plans start from just £9.84 per month. You can trust Saltire to carry out work in compliance with legislation, giving you peace of mind as the landlord.

Landlords must ensure that all gas appliances and installations have a safety check carried out once per year
Saltire will provide this service on your behalf to ensure the safety of your tenants and compliance with current legislation
We are qualified and Gas Safe
24/7 emergency call out service will be available to your tenants
A record of the work carried out must be retained and the current safety certificate available for inspection
