First, complete our pre-survey form, so we can check your eligibility for the grant. We’ll get in touch with you to arrange the survey on your preferred date.
Let’s get you moving
Taking you through the installation process step by step
During the survey we’ll assess your electricity supply to check that it’s adequate for the additional demand. We will also look at earthing arrangements, isolation and fuse rating. We will run through the scope of works involved so you know exactly what to expect on the day of your installation.
After the survey we’ll send you a structured quote, detailing the material cost, installation cost, VAT and deduction of the OLEV grant.
It’s installation day! Typically it takes around four hours. During the installation the electrician will give you Registered Keeper/User declaration forms to complete, which we send on to OLEV. The electrician will also test the new circuit and provide you with an Electrical Installation Certificate. Once the install is complete you can either pay the electrician by card or phone our office to make the payment.
The electrician will leave you a feedback form. You don’t have to complete it, but any feedback you choose to give helps us improve our service in the future.
