The pump itself sits outside your home, in your garden or mounted to a structurally secure wall. Designed to be both compact and quiet, the pump absorbs heat from the outside air (even when the temperature is as low as -25°C) and converts it to usable heat in your home, covering your heating and hot water needs. You can operate it through a control panel, remote control, or an app.
